Yes, we are a French company. Our company is located in the south of France and we have offices based in Tunisia which allow us to accommodate all the consultants who work for us or for our clients, in the GMT+1 time zone.
We generally use Google Meet/Zoom and email as our main means of communication, but we can also use other applications, such as WhatsApp for example.

Will my consultant only work for my company?
Of course ! Your consultant is like your employee.
He will only work for you, during defined working days and times.
Will my consultant work weekends?
Our team works Monday to Saturday. If you submit tasks over the weekend, it is possible for the consultant to work Saturday and Sunday. In this case, special arrangements can be discussed for specific scheduling needs.
What is the training of your team members at Jotomatiz?
Our team members are university graduates and hold advanced master's degrees in various fields. They are competent to provide you with quality work.
How many hours can my virtual consultant work on my tasks?
The number of working hours of your consultant depends on the offer you have chosen. We can help you choose the package best suited to your requirements, and you can always adjust your offer as your needs change.
Do you offer a trial period?
We offer the first month at -50% which starts after the consultant's training, so that new clients can evaluate the quality of our work.
Can I change my consultant if necessary?
Yes, we are willing to exchange your consultant if you request. We will do our best to find the best replacement for your needs.
How will my consultant communicate with me?
Communication between you and your virtual consultant can be done via different channels such as Google Meet, whatsapp or email. We can choose the communication channels that best suit your preferences and work style.
What types of missions do you usually handle at Jotomatiz for your clients?
Our team handles a variety of very complex or routine tasks. With clear explanations, procedures and training (if necessary) we can automate anything you want, from the easiest to the most difficult task.

Do you sign a confidentiality agreement to protect my data?
Yes, we sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA) included in our contract to ensure the protection of your confidential data. Additionally, in the event of a shutdown, all of your data will be deleted immediately.
Is my information secure with you?
We value the privacy and security of your account information.
To ensure this protection, we have implemented advanced security measures. This includes the use of access restrictions based on IP addresses, screen monitoring software to detect suspicious activity, as well as encryption of sensitive data.
